The process is begun by you submitting your resume to our recruiting staff. A recruiting expert will call you to conduct an in depth phone interview. Once it is determined that you possess skills that are marketable to our clients, we will invite you for an on-site interview with your recruiter if you live in an area where we have a local office.
In this on-site consultation we will go into great detail about our company, policies, procedures and code of conduct, and explain our cafeteria style benefits plan available to employees, salaried or W-2 hourly. We will also discuss the client interview process and review your resume in depth. We will obtain your written authorization for any editing changes to your resume as well as permission to send out your resume to our clients. We guarantee that your
resume will never be sent out to a client without your consent!
